First, it takes our team up to 5 business days to put together your kit, then its time to ship it out! All packages originate in Ontario, Canada and are shipped with Canada Post. If you are within Canada you can expect your order to arrive between 2 – 10 business days. Orders being shipped to The United States will take 5 – 15 business days to arrive. Finally, for all other countries it may take up to 4 weeks to arrive.

For healthy and safety reasons Micanna cannot accept any edible kit returns or exchanges that have been opened. Once an order has been placed we do not generally accept exchanges or cancellations. If you have any comments, questions or concerns about your order please reach out to info@micannakits.com as soon as possible. Please include your order number for reference. 

We accept returns and exchanges of orders that have not been opened or tampered with. Please reach out to us with your concerns within 30 days of dispatch or within 7 days of your packaging arriving. Micanna will only pay for a return label if a product arrived damaged or was shipped in error. Otherwise, the customer is responsible for shipping their order back to 195 Pony Drive #2, Newmarket, Ontario, Canada, L3Y 7B5

Finally, we want everyone to be happy with their edibles kits. If your kit arrived damaged please contact us as info@micannakits.com with your order number.

Your shipping address can be changed by clicking on the My Account button at the top of the page. After you log in you can click on “Addresses” on the left side of the screen. You will then be able to change your address. If we have already begun processing your order, your changed shipping address will not be applied to your order.

All packages are shipped with Canada Post. You can track your package either through the My Account page or by visiting Canada Post’s website with your tracking number.
