Orders and Shipping
It takes our team up to 5 business days to put together your kit, then its time to ship it out! All packages originate in Ontario, Canada and are shipped with Canada Post. If you are within Canada you can expect your order to arrive between 2 – 10 business days. Orders being shipped to The United States will take 5 – 15 business days to arrive. For all other countries it may take up to 4 weeks to arrive.
We are proud to be able to ship our products worldwide!
Shipping rates are calculated during the checkout process based on location and weight of the shipment. Orders for edible kits and refills that are over $31.99 will ship with free standard flat-rate non-tracked shipping. Upgrades for shipping are available during the checkout process.Â
Having an account will allow you to track your order, check your orders status, view your order history, update shipping and billing addresses, credit card information and even manage your subscriptions!Â
To create an account you can simply click on the My Account link in the top menu. On the right hand side you can input a username, email address and password before hitting “register”. Just like that your account is ready! If at any time you forget your password this can be fixed by clicking “forgot my password”.
Your shipping address can be changed by clicking on the My Account button at the top of the page. After you log in you can click on “Addresses” on the left side of the screen. You will then be able to change your address.
All packages are shipped with Canada Post. You can track your package either through the My Account page or by visiting Canada Post’s website with your tracking number
For orders within Canada an applicable sales tax will be charged and shown during the checkout process.
Most packages are sent in one package. If your order is shipped with multiple packages you will be notified by email. To reduce packaging waste if you place multiple orders within a few days of each other they will be sent out together in one box.

Returns and Exchanges
For healthy and safety reasons Micanna cannot accept any edible kit returns or exchanges that have been opened. Once an order has been placed we do not generally accept exchanges or cancellations. If you have any comments, questions or concerns about your order please reach out to info@micannakits.com as soon as possible. Please include your order number for reference.Â
We accept returns and exchanges of orders that have not been opened or tampered with. Please reach out to us with your concerns within 30 days of dispatch or within 7 days of your packaging arriving. Micanna will only pay for a return label if a product arrived damaged or was shipped in error. Otherwise, the customer is responsible for shipping their order back to 195 Pony Drive #2, Newmarket, Ontario, Canada, L3Y 7B5

We want everyone to be happy with their edibles kits. If your kit arrived damaged please contact us as info@micannakits.com with your order number.
Please inspect your order carefully upon delivery and reference it with your order information. Any issues regarding receiving the wrong item must be communicated within 5 days of the parcel arriving. The item must be returned for us and successfully received before a refund can be granted.Â
Any products that arrived damaged must be communicated to us within 24 hours of your parcel being delivered. Please contact us at info@micannakits.com to discuss your specific situation. In most cases, a damaged product must be returned to us successfully for a refund or exchange to be processed. In some cases a photo may be requested instead to show the damaged product. Please send us a clear photo and do not dispose of or consume any products that are damaged before reaching out to us.

Making Edibles
All Micanna Weed Edible Kits and Refill Kits come with a detailed dosage recommendation guide. The guide will walk you through how much Cannabis is recommended to infuse into your tasty treats based on the results your looking for. The provided recommendations are approximate and the user is responsible for determining the amount of Cannabis they see to be suitable. Finally, each kit calls for 1 to 5 grams of dried bud. Yes, thats all you need to make 8 personally dosed servings!
A variety of different factors can effect how long your gummies need to remain in the fridge. These can include how well the agar powder dissolved and if your candy mixture boiled for long enough. If your gummies have not hardened after 2 and a half hours we recommend popping them in the freezer for another hour or two.Â
