Shipping and Returns Policy
Shipping Areas and Rates
Micannakits.com ships worldwide. Shipping rates are calculated during the checkout process based on location and weight of the shipment. International shipping is available but Micanna can not guarantee arrival times or delivery times on any international order.
Orders for edible kits and refills that are over $31.99 (before sales tax and after ant promotion or discount) will ship with free standard flat-rate non-tracked shipping. Remote areas are excluded from our free shipping program. Upgrades for shipping are available during the checkout process. We do not offer free shipping on any clothing or accessory item. If you purchase an edible making kit and an article of clothing you will still be charged applicable shipping charges for that portion of your order. Please note that your order may also be cancelled if we are unable to ship it.
Order Processing Times & Order Tracking
We are unable to upgrade or change shipping methods once processing has begun. We are unable to add a product, modify or cancel the items on your order once it has been confirmed and processing has begun. It takes our team up to 5 business days to put together and process your kit or order. This time is reserved to fulfil your order in case of any issues with items being in stock, delayed shipments from suppliers or during busy seasons. Business days include Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST – excluding weekends and Canadian and American holidays. The estimated 5 days of processing time is subject to change at any point in time with or without reason. You will receive email confirmation with your order and be notified when your package ships.
If you live in The United States and do not select to have your package shipped by an express method, your order will not come with tracking information. All packages originate in Ontario, Canada and are shipped with Canada Post. If you are within Canada you can expect your order to arrive between 2 – 10 business days. Orders being shipped to The United States will take 5 – 15 business days to arrive. For all other countries it may take up to 4 weeks to arrive. We retain the discretion to choose the method of shipping and courier, based on a number of factors, including size / weight, shipping distance as well as available services in your country and area.
Note that delivery dates are always considered to be only an estimate, delivery times may vary depending on your location, whether conditions and other factors outside of Micanna’s control. It is the customer’s responsibility to track their package and pick it up on time from the community box, at the front door or at the Post Office, as your package may be delivered sooner than ETA and/or left at your door. Products ordered to areas affected by extreme weather conditions (heat or cold) cannot be refunded.
Returns and Refunds
If your order is returned to us for any of the following reasons we will refund your payment method for the product returned minus the original shipping fee we paid and any additional fees incurred to return the products to our facility (including return postage, handling).
- Incorrect / Incomplete / Undeliverable address
- No one available to accept the delivery
- Order refused by customer for any reason including damaged product(s)
Please do not reject the whole order if it contains a damaged item. It will be shipped or refunded. Should you reject the order, it will be refunded upon return only in the amount of its total less the return shipping fee.
Please inspect all items carefully upon delivery. Any product damages or missing items must be communicated to us within 24 hours after the parcel is delivered. A damaged product has to be returned to us in order for a refund to be processed. Please contact customer support to request a return label. Once received, we will inspect the product and issue a refund as applicable. In some cases, a photo confirmation may be requested instead, if a product is damaged severely and cannot be shipped back. Please send a clear photo of the contents of each product to firstname.lastname@example.org. DO NOT DISPOSE / CONSUME of the damaged product before the issue with it is resolved. Note, that if the product is not available, we will not be able to offer a refund/credit or re-ship it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
We accept all returns on applicable products within 7 days from the arrival date. Returned products should be shipped to 195 Pony Drive #2, Newmarket, Ontario, Canada, L3Y 7B5. Micanna will ONLY pay for a return label if a product arrived damaged or was shipped in error. Otherwise, the customer is responsible for the shipping costs. We recommend consulting with us prior to shipping back any products and getting a tracking number for your return so you can follow its arrival back to us. Please note that a product is required to be returned in order for a refund to be issued. Sometimes we might be able to issue a refund based on a photo confirmation of a product damage.
Micanna doesn’t accept returns of the following items:
- Any opened items
- Any used products
Additional non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable products
- Clothing or Accessories
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and send your item to: 195 Pony Drive #2, Newmarket, ON, L3Y7B5, Canada.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted
